The people and cops in Cape Girardeau County are shaken to the core as they came across one of the most horrifying cases of animal cruelty they have ever seen. As per reports, a dog named Pepper has been stabbed to death and the killer is allegedly a revengeful 18-year-old named Andrew Nipper.
Kathlynn Biggerstaff, Pepper’s mom, says that Andrew always wanted to get his revenge on her after she reported his past “stalking” misconduct to the cops. In retaliation, Andrew kidnapped Pepper and stabbed her 11 times. He then stuffed her dead body in a black plastic bag and left it at Kathlynn’s doorstep.
An anonymous tip to the police has revealed that Andrew took a selfie with the dog before killing her and even showed the selfie off to his friends. He apparently searched “how to kill a dog” online before carrying out the murder. Cops are looking for him. You can share any tips you have with the Cape Girardeau PD. Spread the word.
Update: In an update, Andrew, who is now 19, has been arrested and sentenced to 9 years in the Department of Corrections. The judge handed him 4 years for felony animal abuse, 3 years for felony stalking, and 2 years for felony stealing an animal. We hope this brings some justice to Pepper and her family. R.I.P Pepper.
